  They're constantly changing which coffees are available and they're consistently amazing. They ran a geisha coffee from Panama a little while ago and it blew my mind.

  Passionate friendly coffee people who source beans from roasters around the world, which is really unusual and special. Something new to try every week! I have actually tried many styles of coffee from this establishment: filter, cold brew, espresso, even iced lattes -- all really great, even the food! Highly recommend !!

  Really knowledgeable staff, great coffee and a nice clean, welcoming layout. A must for your coffee fix in Perth. They even serve batch brew and rotate the beans from specialist roasters around Australia. I was very impressed!

  Modus Coffee is 100% spot on. Sam and Toby know their coffee inside out and only provide a top-quality, delicious elixir. Their daily filter coffees are tasty AF and they run a damn good espresso-based coffee as well.
