  I'm currently overseas and ordered flowers for a friend who just got out of hospital. I asked that they be sent to her home, not realising that she was actually staying with her parents. Despite the fact that they were given the wrong address (and tried to deliver to that address!), Erin, a florist at Balshaw, and the delivery people, went out of their way to get in touch, obtain the right address, set up a good delivery time, and deliver the flowers to my friend. I am really grateful for their kindness and efforts. On top of that, my friend said the flowers are really beautiful. Thank you, Erin and Balshaw.

  Amazing flowers, very helpful and friendly staff. All the flowers for my wedding were ordered here. They were great in value, and everyone at the wedding loved it!

  Went there on a friday morning before my friend's wedding registration ceremony. Due to the budget and i expected the flowers could be pricy in australia, i wanted to buy some flowers to make a bouquet for my friends by myself. The staff there were really friendly, patience and helpful, she helped me to pick up the flowers, wrap them and additional wraping. so it end up with a lovely bouquet with an affordable price! and the bride were really happpy to receive that flower and took so many photos with it.
