  Burnt food and made us wait 40minutes after pre ordering over the phone. While we were waiting food was already prepared and didn’t call out our numbers. I asked if my order was ready and it was, checked the chip they were cold. Refused to supply fresh chips and when go Home. Chicken burnt to a crisp. Worst service ever at nandos mount Lawley

  Yeah I don't like nandos from too many bad experiences. Tiny shriveled chicken, and too expensive prices. This one has pretty decor and set up.

  The food was amazing as was the customer service! Pari served us and was very friendly and polite. Rare to find good customer service these days!

  While the staff were helpful and friendly, the food was very average (not a reflection on the staff). The "spicy rice"might have been shown a picture of some spices but that's it - I've had tastier boiled white rice. As for the veggie patties, they were simply soft, pappy, uninspiring flat things, very bland. Sorry, but I won't be going to any Nando's again.
